The brother of "Hlun Solo" has revealed that he has been notified that his younger brother has been found — in a state from which there is no return. The family wishes to thank all parties who helped coordinate, search, and offer moral support. During this time, they ask for privacy in order to attend to various matters, and request that people refrain from speculating or spreading unconfirmed information, out of respect for their brother and the family.
At 1:38 a.m. on 30 July, a post appeared on the Facebook account "Klose Mos" belonging to the brother of Mr. Boworntat Pengsuk, known as "Hlun Solo," a well-known travel YouTuber. The post read:
"At 01:35 a.m. on 30/07/2025, Thai time, the family has now received confirmation that our brother has been found — but he has been found in a condition that means he has left us and will not return.
"The family would like to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of our hearts — for sharing posts, following the news, coordinating, sending encouragement, and offering help through every possible channel throughout the time we spent searching for our brother. The kindness and goodwill shown by everyone means a great deal to us, and the family will never forget it.
"We would like to thank agencies from every sector, both in Thailand and abroad, as well as all those who took part in coordinating and assisting in the search for our brother.
"At this time, the family asks for privacy in order to attend to various matters, and requests that people refrain from speculating or spreading unconfirmed information, out of respect for our brother and our family. Thank you all once again, from the bottom of our hearts."
