The Erawan Centre has issued an update on the Lat Phrao brewery fire, reporting one additional death after hospitalisation, bringing the total death toll to 35. Twelve patients remain in the ICU.
Today (22 Jul.), the Bangkok Emergency Medical Service Centre (Erawan Centre) released a summary of injury data from the fire at the brewery on Lat Phrao Road, Chatuchak District, as of 09:30 on 22 Jul. 2025. The total number of people affected stands at 77: 48 have been discharged, 21 remain hospitalised — of whom 12 are ICU patients and 9 are admitted to general wards — and 8 have died in hospital.
The eighth in-hospital death is Miss Thitichaya Krutwichit, who passed away at Siriraj Hospital's Accident Ward 4 (Burn Unit) at approximately 02:20 this morning.
